We go all the way to Burlington, VT to race in Age Group Nationals!  Listen in to check out how I did, what it was like hanging out with Bill from Suunto, Viper from American Gladiators, a smarter way to ship your bike, and surviving overnight on the floor of the Philadelphia airport.

Cereal Run

http://www.movescount.com/moves/move2725354

Nice morning run with Kona. One hour, 6.61 mi.  Started out in the very dark, saw some lightning on the southern horizon. No sun, but still very warm and humid. Low blood sugar due to eating Ezekiel cereal beforehand. That wore off after a while and HR graph shows nice improvement as run went on. Looking to eat less or with more space beforehand.

Weight is very difficult to take off. Looking for inspiration to eat better. I can feel the extra 10 lbs. banging my feet and knees harder into the pavement.
