Clif Bar and South Padre Triathlon Race Review
Tuesday, October 11, 2005 at 8:09AM
I've gotten my hands on some audio from a triathlon at South Padre Island this weekend and will be putting out a show with it either tonight or tomorrow. Also, I'll talk about early morning pre-run nutrition and Clif Bars. Talk to you later!

Looking forward to it!
Love your show. I can work on a new logo design for you (no charge). I am a graphic artist and will create it in illustrator. If you have one or ideas send them to me at bradleyjschultz@yahoo.com
Hi, I'm from Singapore and I have been listening to some of your podcasts. I don't listen to many podcasts (2 only actually, BBC and ZAT) =) But I really enjoy your show! Keep it up!
I just saw bradleybikeboy's comment on the logo design, and remembered that I had done a few sketches for Zen Tri last month or so when you mentioned it on one of the podcasts. So let me know if you have specific ideas and I'll gladly draw something up for you. F.O.C. =) My way of contributing to your show. =)
Here in Singapore, we'll be having the New Balance Corporate Triathlon on 22nd October. It's a sprint distance (750m/20km/5km) and I'll be doing it under Hewlett-Packard where I work. Hopefully that day will work out well and not be too rainy (it's nearing monsoon in South East Asia).
Well, I'm looking forward to your reply/comment on the Zen logo design.
Take care, and thanks so much for your work on the podcasts!
Monsoon season? Holy cow.
Yeah, I totally remember your images. They were really good! I told bikeboy that I like the laughing Buddha, maybe with some triathlon gear strewn about, or something similar. I also like very plain, simple, and zen-like graphics like the one on the stuff on my gear for sale from the blog.
I am very awed that you would group me in with the BBC as your only podcasts. That is quite the duo. I would be so happy if you sent me any audio at all from Singapore so I could include it in a podcast. I'd also put your location on the Zentri Google Map. Maybe something from the New Balance Tri or what it's like training in a monsoon season.
