Awesome race report man. I am loving your casts more and more. This one in particular got me through my long run of the week with no hiccups! I laughed my ass off at the mental image of you hunched over, frozen to your rear wheel!!! Ha! Very funny stuff...now, of couse. It obviously wasn't funny when it happened... Hey Brett really enjoyed your last cast I tell my tri friends to check your show out. Getting ready to run a marathon in a few weeks and thought it would be cool to record my experience along the route… If not this time it’s something that in the future I would like to do… and if you think quality is up to par you could do what you like with it.

Really enjoyed this cast. I hooked my iPod Shuffle up to the car stereo speakers and enjoyed my commute to and from work for once. Thanks for turning me on to Active.com's radio podcasts and to EnduranceRadio.com. My winter training/driving will definitely be better with your cast, active.com's cast, and enduranceradio's cast on my Shuffle. I also really like the advice to just get into a routine and go with it--your Sat split runs and Sunday long rides were great advice.
