Great episode, especially good call on the Metalocalypse mp3.

You're dead on about more folks commuting by bike, I just started recently, though I can't do it every day. It's 17 miles each way and I can't get in more than 2-3 miles running at the end of the days when I bike in, but I'm working up to more so I can ride in every day. Keep up the great work.
