Commuting Alligators

Join the triathlete fam as we swim canoe at a lake infested with alligators and I go mountain biking and trail running. Then, I take you with me as I bike commute home from work and talk about various issues as I fight traffic. Show includes several audio clips and voicemails, so listen in!

Great show! Please don't play anymore songs about cats... That was painful. Thanks for the tip on the Onion and the Age Grouper, some great podcast to add to my list. Keep it up. I really enjoy listening on my long runs.
That PVGlider is awesome!! When I was learning to ride a bike, my dad took my pedals off and made me coast down the driveway in our cul-de-sac. I did some coasting for about 20 minutes or so and then put the pedals on and I could ride, no problem.
Way to go keeping Kai and Emily between you and that alligator!
Seriously though, I as floored when I heard you talk about the Rocky Raccoon 25K/50K at Huntsville in your podcast as I ran the 25K the weekend you were there. Maybe you were one of those people I said Hi to out on the trails! It's a nice race, you should try it sometime.
