Great Show , Brett you have one great partner who supports you so dude let her get her done and remember no matter how bad she says it is from the male perspective it is always wow awesome honey.
Now I had to laugh when I heard what what you had for dinner after your session Alfredo Pasta , your homework assignment , yes listeners get to give you guys homework is to log into Chris Carmichaels site , the coach who trained lance Armstrong and find an article that relates to Alfredo then I look forward to hearing your reply in the next show . hint one of the three ...... foods
