The Art of Letting Go

Join me for a killer ride across some rural Texas back roads and up and down a tollway as I talk about the Zen practice of "letting go." I am aboard Karma, my new (used) road bike.

Great show Brett. Last year I did 10 triathlons, this year shooting for 12. Best one Burrito Union 10 hour triathlon in Superior, WI held in Sept. Check out their website, this event sounds perfect for you. The winner last year was able to do 8 sprint tris in a 10 hour period. This is my 2nd year in the sport but I'm setting my sights on Ironman Moo in 2010. Also check out the horribly hilly hundred bike race in Wisc. I'm from MN and I hate the Packers but I do admire the great races the cheese heads put on. Have a great weekend!!
