LOVE the way you talk to Molly when you're running with her! What a cutie! I'm guessing you're her new best friend.

Also - thanks for being man enough to admit that women rule the world.

I also live by the, eat when hungry, sleep when tired philosophy. Another one I have been told is not to treat your body like a trash can.
So what I take out of this is don’t eat something just because you are going to throw it out. Simple philosophy and will encourage you to think about what you are putting in your mouth.

Ah yes, the pants...I guess they kind of go along with the women's beach volleyball. You are so right though--guys will be wearing their blue jeans like Phelps swim suit. To top it off they will sport an undersized tight t-shirt to show off the look.

[...] to paint a similar circle in our yard, giving him somewhere to run out his extra energy every day. Bret’s most recent podcast had a segment in which he was talking about how running helps dog behavior, and I’m ready to [...]

Dan you and your Freebirds talk. Now I have to drive 45 minutes each way to Norman, OK to get one.

Thanks for the great show. I am new to triathlons and only have completed 1 sprint, but I really enjoyed it and look forward to more of them. I have been hitting the bike pretty hard for the last couple of months, and running here and there. I am planning on doing some more sprints in the spring. I just ordered some hornet juice and look forward to giving it a go. Good luck on the ragnar you guys are nuts.

Hey man, this was the first episode I ever listened and I am really grateful for the good company you where during one of my longest runs (ok, just a 17.5 K...). I also run sometimes with my GFs boxer dog, he is a 2 y old male (maybe we can organize a date with Molly?). I think they are more sprinters but they distance run ok, if it's not too hot. What distance do you think they could reach? Any experience? Btw, If you want to open a "I'll run your dog" company, I can help you out to expand it internationally! Pandora ruled but unfortunately, from some years now, I get this warning if I try to surf in it: "We are deeply, deeply sorry to say that due to licensing constraints, we can no longer allow access to Pandora for listeners located outside of the U.S." and it sucks... Ok... last thing... the socks you where talking about... they seem like those hospital Anti-Thrombosis Socks by your description!!! Never seen anyone run with one of those here in Italy :-D thanks again, hope to hear more episodes from you again! Ciao!
