Area greyhound has intervention with owner, declaring the time to run is NOW.

What kind of mileage is Roxy up to now? Man, I miss my grey. Throw her a raw beef rib bone and let her gnaw on that for a while. Her teeth (and breath) will be much better.

LOL.

I took our foster grey (JJ's Giddy Up) out for a quick jaunt before my 10-miler yesterday. In normal grey fashion, he had my HR go from Zone .3 to Zone 73647873 in just 200 yards.

And then he slept while I did the rest of my run.
