How to Go Long with Rich Roll

Here's a great motivational talk by Ultraman Rich Roll about how to go long right before we headed out on a 75 mile long bike ride.

His talk was perfect right before this ride. One guy had never ridden more than 32 miles before and finished this biggie just fine.

I agree, I am calling my next 100 mile MTB race a " self realization retreat" and that would be a better mindset than a race...good quote.
