How to Make Almond Milk with Devin

ZenTri Base Camp attendee Devin made a great video about how to make almond milk at home.  Regular milk and dairy products can cause asthma in many triathletes, so this is smart trick to know how to execute.  Thanks, Devin!

Instead of getting a "FANCY" sprouting bag to filter the milk, go to a local paint store and get a nylon PAINT FILTERING BAG (usually a few dollars only). It works better than sprouting bags, is cheaper and more easily found.

When using a filtering bag for nut milks, pour the milk in the bag then you can twist the top and squeeze the bag to facilitate the filtering and avoid the hassle and time of trying to filter through a standard strainer.

Make sure you don't use bitter almonds because they could produce cyanide when placed in water.
