very nice, as you know I also have a great room devoted to working out. Some main tips I would give would be to get a good treadmill that flips up so save floor space. invest in a C2 Rower for space saving butt kicking workouts. I also invested in a 32 inch flat screen knowing that if I could watch a cool video or movie I was more likely to hang out there. A white board to keep track of workouts and goals is nice but you can also use paint so that you can write on the whole wall ( www.ideapaint.com )
