Transition Goodness

I came across this photo on the web (Triathlete Magazine's site) of an interesting T1 setup.

Notice the arm sleeves already pre-rolled and on the bar ends for easy access.  Smart.  Sleeves rock, but getting them on your wet arms while pedaling a wobbly bike is a bit of a chore.  A great technique is to put them on before the race, then roll them off into a donut shape.  They will roll back on with very little effort.

Arm sleeves sound "cool". Any reason you could not wear them under wetsuit since they probably air dry pretty quickly?

Could work. Depends on if people are using sleeveless wetsuits or not.

this is kind of building off of the previous question about the arm warmers and the wetsuit. Being a tri "newbie" and training for my first Olympic tri where there will be an open water swim, do most people wear their tri suit under their wetsuit? I've read some other people's ironman reports (Fat Cyclist's) where he was talking about changing out of his wetsuit and swimsuit and into his bib shorts/jersey for running.

Absolutely wear your tri suit under the wetsuit!

I wear nothing under the wetsuit so the wet suit strippers get a surprise!!!!
