The Ultimate Running Setup

The Push Run - 
1 set of push ups and squats every 10 minutes.
Do pull ups on monkey bars as you pass them (three or four times).

The Run Belt -
Amphipod Waist Pack.
2 10 0z. water bottles attached with clips.
Pocket for iPhone for maps, Pandora, podcasts.
