Bike Porn - Hit by a Bike and Solar Bike Light

We rarely see a bike wreck in action, and even more rare (and ironic) is the bike hitting a pedestrian.

This guy actually wears a helmet cam.  Maybe it should be called a Darwin cam.  He tries to claim that the two acts cancel each other out, yelling for gawkers to go about their own business.  Genius!

Next up, we have another great commuter idea, similar to the USB rechargeable bike light from a few days back - a solar powered bike light.

Solar powered lights are the ultimate in irony, because you need light to charge them, but it's dark or else you wouldn't need the light anyway.  Reminds me of putting a screen door on a submarine.

But the way they actually work is by letting the sun charge up a irony eliminator battery inside and then that powers the light in the dark.  The sweetness about this model is that it can be charged via solar or USB.  It punches irony right in it's sunny face.
