Great podcast. Your tips for butterfly have helped me alot. I used to kick and pull so hard in highschool that I would lift my upper body out of the water with each stroke. I could swim 100 fly as fast as my free. Now 25 years later, I struggled to even complete 75 butterfly. I am trying to make each stroke/double kick as efficient as possible now. Also, in general, I am trying to not overdue each workout so I don't ruin the next workout. I hope you continue to give us feedback on the Suunto Quest.

So here's a suggestion for keeping at least SOME of your stuff together for your swim workouts without having a huge list. I use a "heavy duty mesh bag with strong wrist lanyard" (called a collection bag for scuba divers) that's about 5" x 8". In it I keep my razor, shampoo, comb, sunscreen, lotion, and ear drops, all in small plastic bottles that I refill every couple months. If I had a slightly bigger bag I'm sure I could fit a cap and goggles too. This works great for in the shower 'cause you can just hang the bag over the shower handle or hook and all your stuff is right there.
