Just returned home from a two-hour trail ride and listened to the talk for the first half. I enjoyed both interviews with William (I'm a Talk Ultra listener as well). He is a true inspiration.
As I was listening to you all discuss injury and people's reactions to the weight vest, I couldn't help but picture many of those doubters with heavy hydration packs running in the woods. Water weighs a ton. I understand that as you drink and pee, the weight lessens, unlike the vest, but still, I found my thoughts quite ironic and true.
Best,
Jim
