Running on Oranges

Always look for the natural version before you turn to fake. It's easy to carry these little oranges with you; they're loaded with energy-giving sugar and the peel is a great wrapper.

My Ironman branded RoadID arrived the other day. The stainless steel with laser etching is sweet! Good conversation starter as well.
Plan out your weakness first, then go from there. Shot at Freebirds!
Look for simple, real-world ingredients. The fewer, the better!

We made one of Rich Roll's new recipe book's creations - Black bean chili - and it tasted AWESOME. Emily commented that it had flavor like you'd expect from a gourmet restaurant. I ate two bowls of it and went for a run and was stoked at the energy level. And I still lost a pound the next day, keeping on track for my weight loss goals.
Veganism rocks, if you know how to eat. Rich eats this way and has great energy, and his book is a good guide to how to get it done. Thanks for putting it together!
