Kill a Cyclist and Get Charged with a Misdemeanor

Read this story and tell me if you think the punishment would be more severe if he wasn't on a bike.

God bless the wife to have such an understanding position for such a stupid and senseless accident.

A similiar car/bike accident happened earlier this year in Flagstaff where a well-known paraplegic Ironman was killed and also car/bike accident I believe in Colorado where a teen fell asleep at the wheel and hit a cyclist as he was riding on a mountain road with his best friend.

Keep up the podcasts my brother. I have 8 hours of it on my iPod for traveling around town and for my long runs.
