Halloween Run
Sunday, October 29, 2006 at 7:04AM Roxy (my greyhound) and I go for an early morning run as I talk about a variety of topics and play music. It was hot and humid with lightning all around. Of course, the hottest topic was a phone call between myself and Stean about VAAM; an endurance formula made from Japanese Killer Hornet saliva.

How about Goat Angels?
Don't sweat the special needs bags. They are big bags you can put anything in them. The thing to know is that you will not get anything back from those bags after the race. I put an old pair of shoes in my run bag along with a disposible jacket. Your transition bags will be returned, put your race number on eveything. I even put my tire pump in one of the bags and got it back. Don't worry about nutrition being available on the course either unless you have specific needs. The web site will give you a list of what they provide. IM brand races are well run and you shouldn't have to worry about the small stuff like at some of the mom and pop events.
