- Got spooked by crazy drivers and my new bike.

Ahhh...this episode was like a breath of fresh air after staying under water for too long. ;) I've enjoyed the past weeks but getting back to basics with a show while cranking out some miles is great.

Seriously - I'm pretty impressed with the breakthrough run numbers you're posting. Hope that the improvements continue.
What's the best way to leave an audio message besides the CRYDELI number? I'm not up to speed with audio recording software but have decent (for Australia) broadband so could possibly send some sort of audio file...
