dude love the photo.i was at that race last year in Estacada. My buddy and I were right next to her for the SSWC. We were in charge of throwing balls at the riders during the dodgeball portion of the race....the race had a tequila shot shortcut....good stuff. I am off to ride today so will listen to the show then

On the piriformis video:
I'm not surprised the video has helped so many people, as it was the only thing that helped me!

(I'm the one who pretty much pathetically begged Brett for help because I had a bad case of piriformis syndrome and I didn't know how to get rid of it.)

I did the exercises, got over it and haven't got it back. If I ever feel even a twinge of it I go back to the exercises.

Nice episode--a little different I guess because of "black mamba."
Good to hear a bit of Emily too. ;)

Brett,

I've been listening to your podcast for about the last 8 weeks and have really grown to injoy the combo of low key zaniness and really good information.

You asked for feedback on BLACK MAMBA, well I'll provide some. The lack of stereo sound is really no problem, well unless you are planning to start with multiple mics. I really don't get any effects on cars passing you going from one speaker to the next or anything like that. The sound quality is just fine, heck I'm not listening to zentri as an audiophile.

The highlight of the first Black Mamba episode had to be the recording of you sitting outside the pool at "oh, so dark thirty" in the morning. I look forward to the eventual waterproof version of Black Mamba so that there is actual audio of such workouts.

My best to you, Emily and Kai (sp?).

Keep up the great work and I'll catch you later in the week.

Hehe, so Dawn thinks that Brett and I are lovers and this has now been announced to the entire world. Well my wife thought this was amusing but after she thought about it she decided Brett was so feminine that it was not truly homosexuality. Since she is pretty open minded she said go ahead with the relationship as long as he does not require me to spend any money on the relationship.

I on the other hand am a little more hesitant, even though when you stand behind Brett and look at the long, flowing golden locks, well...........

Hey Brett! Thanks for the info on the piriformis stretches! Yesterday I ran pain free for the first time in as long as I can remember! And after only a few minutes of these stretches??? It's like I finally kicked a no-good mooching jerk of a relative out of the house after several years of putting up with his crap. I thought I just had really tight hamstrings but the usual hamstring stretches never quite worked. I appreciate this more than you know. Running is fun again. Thanks!
