Dude, how on earth did you find the bike garden? Thanks for the nice comment. It means a lot, since I've been a fan of Zen-tri for, well, years...

I had a similar foot problem at the begining of my 08 season. Here's what worked for me: stretch your calvs ALOT. Im on my feet at work all day and I kept a small piece of 2x4 on the floor to exagerate the stretch. Also, Get yourself a brand new tennis ball. Whenever sitting(at desk or watching tv), roll your foot over the ball with a good amount of force to massage deep into the foot. Finally, I used a heating pad on my calf and achiles tendon before and after stretching. Hope this helps. Patrick

Loved the show on fear. I've played that over a couple times already! Especially the potty training bit!
The whole show reminded me of a quote I have hanging over my computer at work.
Stultum est timere, quod vitari non potest.
It is foolish to fear what we cannot avoid.

I was taught long ago that fear is really F.E.A.R. which is short for False Expectations Appear Real. Do we live in fear? Yes. Do we let it run our lives? Yes, usually without us knowing it.
Here's the $21,000 question. Do we have to let it run our lives? What would the world be like if in one voice the whole world said No to that question?!?!?!?
