You about KILLED me today when I was listening this podcast! I was exhausted, underfueled, sore from running through snow, still about six miles from home...and when you started describing the spinach, I was tasting every single bite. I think I'd have traded every bit of gear on me for a plate of it. And there wasn't even any in the house when I got home. Augh!

Man, you are hilarious! When you said you run without socks I thought it was just kind of weird (do you use particular seamless shoes for triathletes?) but running bare foot is just insane. No wonder your toes burn! The zen pill was great, please keep bringing to us some zen knowledge! Ciao!
