Lots of grunts, squeeks, args, and other crazy noises this episode. You make it real! Happy trails..I did my first long trail run over the weekend. It was a combo of trail running and running on the sidewalks. Very cool. I was thinking of you man! Keep up the good work.

Loved the last show, I'm training for my first tri in May. I've been going back and downloading the earlier shows, and getting a lot of great info !! Keep it up !
