30 days to a habit change - day 8
I wonder if the actual habit I'm building is posting every day.
I was doing pretty good yesterday, bit I get frustrated with the lack of time to get stuff done.
I quit caffeine a while back. I realized it was a cheap trick to stay awake to get stuff done. I just go to sleep instead. I feel a lot better, but I get fewer hours to do things. It's funny because go to sleep the second I feel tired at night. I sleep great and have energy all day long. That's what our bodies are supposed to do anyway.
But the habit is taking effect. I'm finding it easier to pause and put something on my todo list. And then I give it a date if needed.
