Overtrained

If you Google the symptoms of overtraining, one of the oddest results is that the person doing it usually has no idea and thinks that he/she needs to train even more.  It often takes others to notice and point it out, frequently to the disbelief of the athlete.

In the upcoming podcast, I will talk about how I figured out that I was becoming overtrained and the great phone call I had with Ultraman RichRoll that helped me see the light.  I will talk about the common misconceptions, traps, and stories of others (Such as the great American marathoner, Ryan Hall) who have dealt with it and also the one big indicator that both Rich and I had in common that practially shouts, "Overtrained!" that everybody should know about.

I'll be recording it the podcast today and have it out as soon as possible.  Stay tuned for it and enjoy!
