ZenTri 576 - Angela Naeth, Kona Beer Mile, And How To Get Faster

IM Chattanooga Champ Angela Naeth joins us to talk about how she changed up her nutrition to win her first Ironman.  We also have audio from the Kona Beer Mile, and new tips on how to train, eat, and fuel to get a lot faster!

I can seriously recommend going and running Comrades. I ran it in 2013 and it was the best RACE in the world. The other runners there were so welcoming and friendly. As an American there, I was the rarity and everyone wanted to talk and run with me.
