ZenTri Podcast 570 - Ambit 3 Preview with Suunto's Bill Porter

(Dreamy evening sky on my run a few nights ago.)

Bill Porter with Suunto Joins us to talk answer questions about the new Suunto Ambit3.  We chat for about half an hour so he can answer some of the questions many of you have been asking.

(Blue version of the Ambit 3 showing bluetooth alert)

I also answer listener questions about the differences of dextrose and sucrose, and why stretching is bad for you and may even make you slower!

In the news, I talk about the official Kona pro start list, Eurobike, and the Australian triathlete that got stopped by the Border Agency while trying to swim across the English Channel.

Lastly, here's an Instagram Hyperlapse of my path from the locker room to the pool where I swim laps.

(What I see three times a week.)

As always, stay Zen and be safe out there!
