ZenTri 616 - Jessi Stensland and Strong Feet

Former pro triathlete and good friend Jessi Stensland joins us to talk about how to make your feet strong and injury proof!

Jessi tells us how she's been on a bit of a world tour, learning and coaching about keeping feet strong and from South Africa to Costa Rica, and everywhere in between.  Through her adventures and experience, she's started Feet Freex, a place to get the latest info on building positive feet so you can live the life you want!

Check out Jessi's Feet Freex Facebook page here.
