Click here to download or listen to the show!

On this episode of the ZenTri Podcast, I get really real and talk about what's important in endurance sports.  I cover a huge variety of topics, so scope out the list below to see what's inside!

Show Notes:

  • Acid in green smoothies will destroy your teeth.
  • Preventing deaths in the swim.
  • Use risers on TrainerView. @manicdefense
  • Buying out Ironman via a Kickstarter project.
  • Kai killing it on the bike.

Wrapping up the show while hiking with the fam near Austin, TX.

As always, great episode. I do have a question about your midday rides. You don' t shower? From what I understand, you ride the bike, cool down, dry up and change. Sweat usually stinks, no mater how clean the diet is. Whats your strategy for that? I sometimes run at lunchtime but I do at nearby park and take a shower in their facilities. I'd be too self concious about my smell to go back to work without the shower. What if I need to meet a client?
Thanks for your time and love the show!
