Nutrition and Ragnar Relay Part 2

Here's part two of the audio from the Ragnar Relay. It's a montage of random bits; some pretty funny stuff.
I also talk for a while about Nutrition. I'm using a capital N because it's that important, people!
Correction - I've been saying the band's name of the music I'm playing is "Switch Fork". That is incorrect. They are "Straight Fork" and you can find them at http://music.podshow.com.
SHOWNOTES!
- My nutrition tips - Mix of the Paleo diet, South Beach diet, and Low Glycemic Load diet.
- Spread out your eating. "Meals" are a product of the Industrial Revolution.
- Carb loading is stupid.
- Fat is not bad. It lubes and protects your joints.
- Send me a voicemail (512-CRY-DELI) with your dirtiest story and I'll send you some Action Wipes!
- Was just interviewed on the RunRunLive podcast.
Ragnar Relay Part 1

Shownotes
Ragnar relay - 180+ miles of running, 4 person team
Awesome race, running 50 miles is similar to doing an ironman, but with the relay thrown in is CRAZY.
Tons of audio, break this up into 2 or three shows, cool music, more Lola and other audio treats.
We had lots of suprising challenges, stay tuned to see what they are.
"Back in Texas" by Switch Fork on music.podshow.com
Used the action wipes. crazy good stuff!
I'll talk about my nutrition next episode and how I ran like crazy with no carb loading and all about my new diet.
Here is my running tip - train for running without socks. barefoot changes your posture, makes u less injury prone. this is as close as u can get. Put a spray of action wipe spray in the shoe when u put them up.
